Easy vegan cookies

ingredients:

120g butter

60g sugar

155g all purpose flour

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking soda


recipe:

1: Add the butter, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix them together.

2: Add in the flour and baking soda and mix it into a dough.

3: For the dough into a ball and wrap it in cling fill. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

4: Sprinkle some flour on your countertop to prevent the dough sticking. Roll the dough out to about 0,5cm thick and cut into shapes.

5: Place the cookies on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes.

6: Let them cool down for a few minutes and you’re ready to eat!
