Granola bars

These granola bars are great for a snack and super delicious. You can add as many nuts or seeds as you want!

Ingredients:

- 150g Medjool dates

- 90g oats

- 2 big tablespoons nut butter

- 25ml maple syrup

- 5 tbs walnuts or pecans

- 4 tbs cranberries

- 3 tbs chia seeds

- 40g puffed rice

- dark chocolate (I used 70%)

Recipe:

1: Blend the dates in a mixer or food blender till it's smooth.

2: add the peanut butter and maple syrup in a pan on low fire and keep stirring until it's well combined.

3: Add the oats, mayple syrup and peanut butter in a bowl and add the walnuts / pecans, cranberries, chia seeds, puffed rice and knead it all together.

4: Spread the mixture out on a baking pan on top of some tinfoil or parchment paper and spread it out.

5: Melt some chocolate in the pan or microwave and add it on the granola bars.

6: Put it in the freezer for 30 minutes and they are ready!
