Peanut butter banana granola

I've always loved the combination of peanut butter and banana so I decided to use this for my granola recipe. They are gluten free, vegan and delicious!


Ingredients:

- 135g oats

- 0,5 banana

- 2 big tbsp coconut oil

- 1 tbsp maple syrup

- 2 tbsp peanut butter

- cinnamon for some extra taste

Recipe:

1: Mash the banana and melt the coconut oil in a pan or put it in the microwave.

2: Mix the melted coconut oil, the mashed banana, peanut butter and the cinnamon in a big bowl.

3: Add the oats to the wet mixture and mix everything together.

4: Place the mixture onto a parchement paper lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly.

5: Bake for 15-10 min at 150°C and flip the granola every 5 minutes so it gets a nice golden brown color on every side.

6: Let it cool down for a few minutes and you're done!

Tip: If you want you can add some chocolate chips, coconut flakes, chia seeds, flax seeds or nuts.
